About Me:
I am a wife and mother of one beautiful baby boy. Pregnancy, birth and newborn care have been my life's passion. Empowering women to achieve the birth they want, is a strongly held belief of mine, as is "mothering the mother". To me, doula work is a remarkable honor and a delight.  Experiencing the birth of a child, and assisting in easing the path for baby, mother and father, is truly a rewarding and fulfilling event. The birth and parenting of my child has given me valuable insight into the needs of mothers and their families. Providing support and helping a woman feel safe while she births her baby, or nurtures her child at home, is the goal of my doula work.

I believe the personal, loving touch of a doula makes a significant difference for the laboring mom and her companion and I‘m confident it will make an important difference for you as well. This birth you will go through is nothing short of a miracle, and so is your baby. Psalm 139:13-14 says,"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
